Karl Merten, chef and owner of Cafe 225, is making plans for Habitat for Humanity’s Fall Wine & Dine on October 14th, 2018. For 3 years Karl has partnered with local wine merchants and wineries to prepare a one-of-a-kind evening of wonderful food and amazing wine. This fall, Claudio Basei, from Cacciatore Fine Wines, will provide the wine for each course and join our guests to give them insight into how to grow wine grapes and which wine varietals grow best in the central valley.
